Charles Miller is an Army veteran who was an Electrician for over 25 years who teamed up with his son Jason Miller who has a business background working as an executive in manufacturing and construction industries. Shortly after joining together, they invited a third business partner, Rick Arteaga to join the ranks and assist with developing the General Construction side of the business. Rick has over 30+ years of General Construction related experience.
