Brandon holds a Bachelor's in Multimedia Journalism and Communication from the University of North Florida, and is a 5th-generation native of Northeast Florida.
Born and raised in Keystone Heights, Ludwig has long been an active member of the community, engaging in community meetings and events, and serving as the announcer for several high school sports.
From a communications standpoint, Ludwig has previously produced and hosted a weekly radio program (Jacksonville's Live and Local Show) in addition to associate production work involving audio and web content on Washington, D.C.'s "Mornings on the Mall" Radio Show during the summer of 2019.
In early 2020, Ludwig joined the campaign team of Congressional Candidate Kat Cammack as her Clay County Relations Director, where he created and implemented a strategy to engage with Republican voters in Florida's 3rd Congressional District, playing a role in the campaign's upset win of Clay County in the Republican Primary, before transitioning to serving as her Press Secretary.
More recently, Ludwig served as the Public Information Officer at the Clay County Sheriff's Office, and currently works in economic development for the City of Starke.
