SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT

At System Improvement Leads (SIL), we believe that meaningful change starts with strong partnerships and the capacity to improve. By working closely with County Offices of Education, SELPAs, LEAs, and state agencies, we build systems that support data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and access to high-impact resources... Our goal? To create equitable and cohesive school systems where students with disabilities receive high-quality instruction and support-leading to greater educational and post-secondary success... The System Improvement Leads Project works collaboratively within the California Statewide System of Support and is led by El Dorado County Office of Education, El Dorado County SELPA and Riverside County SELPA. The project is funded by the California Department of Education (CDE) and the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE).
