Seeking charismatic, customer focused individuals with strong hospitality or events backgrounds to be part of our Beyond Van Gogh experience team... As a member of our event staff, you will represent Beyond Van Gogh and provide world class customer service to our guests. You are warm, welcoming, and comfortable sharing both experiential information as well as safety policies & procedures. Event Staff ensure policies & procedures within the exhibit are operating to company, state, and stakeholder standards, allowing for guests to move efficiently and safely through each area of the exhibition. Event staff must provide continual presence throughout the experience, facilitating guest escalation issues as necessary alongside relevant management and venue staff. This role is front facing and guest experience focused, facilitating guest feedback and concerns to relevant management as necessary.
