We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the tools of outstanding problem-solving skills and conflict resolutions... Tender Hearts, Inc. is a mental health organization that works with youth and is committed to helping our community thrive and become future change agents... We service individuals from ages 4-65, offering an ever-expanding list of programs. We offer a specialized focus on youth intervention and the creation of community change agents. Many of our team members are members of the communities we serve, which gives us extensive knowledge of the ongoing challenges our clients face in their everyday lives.
