Bio
Alexia joined in July 2021 as a Booking's Assistant, and quickly worked up to the Bookings Coordinator role, having previously worked in a post-production house as head runner & receptionist - making her perfect for the role, and understanding the needs of our clients and freelancers! Alexia also has an entrepreneurial streak, and started a wax melt and home décor business in the beginning of the pandemic on Etsy. In Alexia's spare time she enjoys cooking, playing computer games and watching Disney films and old school TV/films. She loves listening to music and talking to people about all the concerts she's been to. She collects Vinyl's and hopes to build a vinyl library one day.

Chloe's friendly, speedy and meticulous approach makes her perfect the Account Manager role, and exactly why freelancers and clients enjoy working with her. Chloe has a vast amount of customer service experience making her great at bookings, and she loves to take on a new challenge. Some of Chloe's interests include visiting art exhibitions and wild swimming!

Dan joined the TCC team in September 2016 as an Accounts Clerk and worked his way up to our Finance Manager. He has grown with the company, so his knowledge and skills are so valuable to us, our freelancers and our clients. Dan has a cool and calm nature which is wonderful to be around, and he continuously makes sure we are organised, efficient and accurate when it comes to accounts.
When he's not processing invoices, Dan enjoys working out (after indulging a crazy load of calories), watching sport - mainly basketball, boxing and football, listening to music or podcasts and debating amongst friends.

Fresh out university and after a brief period as a runner at the BBC, Eve originally joined the TCC family in early 2007 as Company PA, and fast became one of our top Account Managers. After a little time out to raise her young family, we were lucky enough to entice her back. Having been at the company since its early days, Eve has a great knowledge of how everything works, combined with her incredible organisational skills this makes her the perfect Operations Manager. Joseph is one of our Bookings Assistants, joining us in July 2022. He has always had a passion for all things creative and finds creativity in everything, after trying to get into TV and Film he decided to study data analytics and it wasn't until he submitted his final piece he stumbled across TCC and found a welcoming team to take him under their wings! Outside of work you'll find Joseph either gaming or watching anime.

Katherine joined The Crewing Company in 2019 after working over 4 years at a major camera hire firm and has a degree in TV production. She is always keeping up to date with the latest trends and equipment releases and is always helping the team with her knowledge for any Crew roles, which is why she makes a great Head of Bookings. Katherine is an expert at connecting the right freelancers to each role, and has helped numerous clients over the years with their projects. She now manages the bookings team to make sure we are always on top of our game when it comes to creating the right connections. TCC's Managing Director, Laura, has been with the company since 2012. She is passionate about creating strong, lasting relationships between clients and freelancers, allowing them to focus on creating great content.
Laura is also a Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach, and is focused on creating a positive, ambitious and encouraging working culture, she loves leading our team!
Laura loves music and is always trying to get the team listening to her monthly playlists…her taste is eclectic!

Magda joined TCC in August 2022 to help express the company voice and head up the marketing department. Working previously in marketing for companies in creative industry and art organisations, she loves working with creative teams and supporting their work through marketing. Magda can understand our talent on a deeper level, having been a freelance photographer herself previously. Her background is in visual arts, having studied photography for her degree. In her spare time, Magda likes to develop her artistic practice, collaborate with other artists, and explore the London art scene.

Marilyn joined the TCC team in November 2019 and helps to keep TCC's compliancy top notch! With an international background, Marilyn brings a wealth of experience in compliance, business development and change management across the recruitment, creative industries and social development sectors. Pilar, one of our Bookings Assistants, joined the TCC team in July 2022. She has always been passionate about the Media and TV Production industry, working across Corporate Communications and Production in Spain and the UK. She studied International Journalism and Digital Marketing. In her spare time, she loves reading and writing as well as drawing. In the same vein, she enjoys watching movies and series with her beloved family (including pets) and friends, and last but not least, she likes to constantly learn new skills.

Roksana graduated from the University of Westminster in 2022 where she studied Film BA, and TCC was lucky enough to have her join us as an Account Manager soon after. She has developed a strong passion for both producing and directing short dramas and documentaries on which she works with her uni friends in her spare time. She is really excited to work with The Crewing Company and help clients to find the best freelancers for their projects. She loves photography and spending weekends with her little sister, and is currently obsessed with listening to Wet Leg's album.

Ryan has always had a passion for the media industry, studying TV and Studio Production at Southampton Solent University and joined the TCC team in May 2022. Ryan has a genuine interest in the work our freelancers create, making him a fantastic addition to the team. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys kicking back and watching football (Arsenal), watching cricket, gaming, hanging out with friends and binge watching the odd Netflix show. Ryan has also worked as a news producer for Glastonbury Festival 2017.

With a background in Children's and Live TV, Stephanie was inspired to start her own agency in late 2005. As Chair of TCC, she now gets to see it grow from a different angle. Steph is listed in Who's Who of Britain's Young Business Leaders, a mum of three and used to host her own breakfast show on Radio Caroline. She also owns 15 chickens, 4 alpacas, 2 dogs and 1 cat.

Tom is one of our brilliant Account Managers, his diligent and calm approach to the role means clients and freelancers love working with him. He has experience working in a variety of different positions within the film and creative industries, with a passion for photography & Art. He has a strong administration background and can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Tom's biggest passions are music, specifically The Smashing Pumpkins, and Arsenal.
