Athena has been with the team as our Tenant Liaison since July 2023 and just recently acquired her Realtor's license in 2024! She has two cutest and sweetest dogs in the world, and they run her life. She loves to stay busy but enjoys spending time with my family and friends. Athena's heart has always been making sure everyone has the perfect home. For the past five years, she worked in the nonprofit world helping individuals experiencing homelessness and other life difficulties receive and move into housing - That's actually how she got connected with Top Priority Property Management in the first place. Her passion grew to want to help on a broader scale and that is when she fell in LOVE with real estate.

Jerry grew up here and graduated from Charles City High School in 1987, Charles City is, and will always be, his hometown. He attended NIACC and then Mankato State as a History major and minor in Business. After living outside the area, he was fortunate to have the opportunity to move back to Charles City in 2000. He earned his real estate license in 2002 and, after getting his Brokers License, he opened Cedar Valley Iowa Realty in 2005. That same year he attended the Worldwide College of Auctioneering and started learning the auction business with his father-in-law at Gilbert's Saleyard. After realizing how much he enjoyed the auction business and realized its potential, he facilitated in starting Cedar Valley Auction Co. and moved into the present location at 1206 Gilbert Street, Charles City, Iowa in August of 2008. Since that time, they have conducted an average of 40+ estate, household, consignment, farm and real estate auctions per year. They are a full-service Real Estate Brokerage and Auction Company fully staffed and capable of handling all your real estate and auction needs. Opening a satellite office in New Hampton became a reality in late 2012, after seeing considerable potential in that market to grow our business and expand. His wife Julie is employed at Floyd County Memorial Hospital as an RN and a Supervisor. She also is very helpful and supportive with the auction business.
They currently reside just outside of Charles City by Cedar Ridge Golf Course with their three children Jared, Justin, & Jadyn. They've been very blessed to have the opportunity to run a family business with so many family and friends involved!! Madyson Magoon is a native of Iowa who has been involved with financing, marketing, and customer service positions for 10 years. She has her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, which deems useful in being able to understand the legal side of property management. Madyson is an integral part of the company in making sure all communications are handled, and no detail is overlooked. Madyson works closely which each of our investors and strives to continue to build strong relationships with current and potential tenants. Madyson recently moved to Elk Run Heights to be closer to work. Madyson has an adorable one year old son and two crazy dogs that can sometimes be seen around the office for a break from home life!
