Arshad Ali, PT did his BPT and MPT (Neurology) from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, India. He has over 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist in both hospital and private practice settings. He has done extensive work on postural related musculoskeletal problems and neurorehabilitation. He has experience working with orthopedic, MVA and sports related injuries, post operative rehabilitation and stroke rehabilitation. He takes particular interest in preventing sports and running injuries with targeted strength and motor control exercises. He delivers workplace training workshops on injury prevention and discomfort management. Other workplace services include workplace assessments and advising on specific health and safety issues. He has a special interest in treating patients with longstanding or chronic and complex musculoskeletal problems. He started Proaktive Physiotherapy clinic in Dwarka, New Delhi in 2014 and worked as a chief physiotherapist there till September, 2019. Currently he's working as the head PTA in Total care management clinic in Mississauga

Dr. Paul Dhotar graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2007 with Cum Laude Honors. Prior to this, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University. With many years of chiropractic training and education under his belt, Dr. Dhotar has successfully treated conditions that are the result of motor vehicle accidents, workplace and sport injuries, as well as age-related ailments. Dr. Dhotar specializes in providing safe, gentle and effective chiropractic treatment for a wide variety of conditions and believes in an integrated treatment approach geared to benefit patients in all aspects of pain-relief and spinal correction. RMT, R.Ac is a duly licensed registered massage therapist and acupuncturist. She is also a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Further, she teaches acupuncture at a Traditional Chinese Medicine institute in Richmond Hill. Theresa is a caring and attentive therapist who makes sure that she has the whole picture of the patient's health before she starts to treat them. As such she is able to apply her vast knowledge of healing techniques and come up with a complete treatment plan that is tailored to each individual patient.
