Ali graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Marketing and HR Management, as well as with minors in Art History and Integrated Information Technology. She started working in management consulting, specifically focusing on engagement financials, for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2018 and joined the TruNorth team in 2020.
She is passionate about helping others and building relationships through trust, care, and integrity. By utilizing such values and hard work, Ali is looking forward to helping make a difference for clients.
In Ali's spare time she enjoys painting, working out, being outdoors, and activities with her dogs. She recently moved to Colorado and is taking advantage of the vast outdoor experiences that the mile high city has to offer.
Christy is the Bill Pay Manager at TruNorth and joined the team in 2021. After studying both Human Resource and Emergency Management at Arkansas Tech University, she found what she loved most about her job was the finance piece. Before joining the TruNorth team, Christy worked as the Director of Homeownership & Asset Development for a community action agency. She managed a team of HUD-certified counselors and multi-million dollar federal and state grants.
Christy loves numbers. She takes pride in protecting her client's dollars and considers a word as good as a contract.
You will find Christy volunteering in her community, serving on various committees and boards, and traveling to see her adult children outside of work.
Christy grew up in rural Oklahoma and moved to Arkansas after marrying her husband. They have three sons, three dogs and call the community of Cedarville, Arkansas home.

Claudia graduated in 2014 from Dimitrie Cantemir University in Bucharest where she got her Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and Commercial Management. She is results-driven, and takes pride in delivering consistent results. One of her core strengths is Discipline- this conveys in her work as having a strong desire to eliminate errors by conducting one final check on projects.
Claudia is born and raised in Romania and has lived in Indiana with her husband for the past 3 years. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and keeping up with the latest food trends. She also appreciates a good travel story, which always leads to the question: "So how was the food?"
Colleen brings 20 years of IT and TEM experience to TruNorth. She started her career in enterprise voice, with Cisco's enterprise voice team and CallTower. After achieving her BS in Information System Security from ITT, she went client-side with the State of Utah. That chapter led her to Technology Expense Management, specifically VCom Solutions. With all this experience she's excited to further her career here at TruNorth as Sourcing Manager to help clients find and successfully implement the right network solutions.
Colleen and her family love the outdoors. As a Utah native living outside of Salt Lake, Colleen's family enjoys hiking and summering off-the-grid in their cabin near Zion and Bryce Canyon. Along with her wonderful firefighter husband, Colleen has 4 boys and 1 grandbaby girl.
Emily is driven by her core belief: "there's always a better way." She began her career with AT&T at the ripe age of 22, where she quickly spotted the still present disconnect between provider and enterprise client. Emily founded TruNorth in 2005 to change that. Sometimes a therapist, sometimes a translator, Emily and the TruNorth team disrupt the status quo to deliver clarity and confidence, alongside substantial savings, every time.
Emily's passion is building relationships. She is fortunate to lead a team of big hearts + brains, and partner with some of the brightest client leaders.
Emily is a lover of life, adventurer, learner and frequent traveler. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Michigan State University and lives in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.

Erica is a Program Manager at TruNorth Consulting and joined the team in 2018. She has a BS from Indiana University and brought diverse industry experience before joining TruNorth, ranging from Education to Fine Art.
She is passionate about delivering results, learning and wearing denim jackets.
When she's not in the office, you can find Erica hiking with her pups, planning her next outdoor adventure or watching highlight reels of the Graham Norton show.
Erica resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and two pups.

Giuliana began working in telecom at PAETEC Communications before her senior year of high school as a summer intern in 2004 and never left. After graduating from the State University of New York at Albany in 2010 with a degree in Classical History, Giuliana continued working at Windstream in Network Cost, building a knowledge base of vendor invoicing data and cost saving methods. After a transition to Telecom Expense Management, she discovered that it was sometimes more fun to tinker with what was under the hood of the systems she was using every day.
Giuliana is a Rochester, NY native who lives with her husband, a mean kitty, and two tiny birds. Her interests include sci-fi novels, crocheting, backyard farm animals, and cooking.
Nathan graduated from Lamar University with a dual Bachelor's Degree in Management and Business. He moved to the Houston, TX area with his fiancee in 2021. Nathan loves working with people to deliver real solutions to their needs, and values understanding & building relationships with everyone he works with. He likes cutting to the center of issues and addressing them directly where possible.
He's a big fan of dry, British comedy and loves Flight of the Conchords. He likes to play music in his downtime and enjoys going to see live music when possible.
Rick Lindner - Chief Strategy Officer

With a fresh degree from Vanderbilt University, Rick followed the well-trod path of an English major and started his career implementing enterprise-wide financial applications. After chapters at both Ernst & Young and IBM, and tackling roles with increasing emphases on strategic planning and execution, Rick learned at least three things. First, he has a previously unknown aptitude for data. Second, he enjoys building things. And third, flying to work every Monday is not as glamorous as it seems.
Seeking a shorter commute, Rick decided to exit the consulting world and pursue opportunities in commercial real estate. For the following decade, Rick managed real estate acquisitions and investments, as both a principal investor and a third-party advisor to institutional owners. It was during this period that his wife & business partner, Emily, founded TruNorth Consulting.
From the beginning, Rick was involved in supporting TruNorth and helping shape the business. As the company grew, so did Rick's involvement. In 2014 Rick decided to join TruNorth as a full-time member of the leadership team focused on supporting growth and change.
Rick lives in Boulder, Colorado with his beautiful wife, two sons, two dogs, and an aging Volkswagen van. He enjoys trail running, making things with his hands, playing guitar poorly, and playing drums semi-well in a local band. The band is unsigned at the time of this writing.
Sally graduated from the University of Illinois of University at Urbana Champaign in December 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Before choosing a career with TruNorth, she has worked at Verizon as a Finance Analyst for over 7 years. Sally has previously worked at JPMorgan Chase and Countrywide Home Loans. While her career path was geared toward banking and mortgage, her education in finance and computer technology has given her a solid foundation for Telecom Expense Management (TEM). She was able to quickly master the finance side of Telecom, as well as analytical skills a TEM Analyst must have.
Sally strives to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. She is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients save big bucks while delivering exceptional services!!!
In her spare time, Sally enjoys traveling with her family. However, since we all need to do our part to keep each other safe and healthy, she now spends her time as Super Mom and building Legos and making Arts and Crafts with her kids.
Sonia was born and raised in Southern NY and graduated from Fordham University in 2001 with a degree in Sociology. She started working in telecom in 2005 for a small consulting firm that enabled her to learn the many facets of Telecom Expense Management.
She is passionate about being a reliable and trustworthy resource to clients and team members.
Sonia currently resides in Henderson, NV with her partner, daughter and a very spoiled dog. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, tending to her plants and being outdoors.
