The Malleys are a family business based in Seattle. Joe Malley started out salmon trolling in Sitka, Alaska in 1978. From salmon trolling he moved into longlining, pursuing halibut, blackcod and Pacific cod around the Gulf of Alaska... The St. Jude tuna company is a small family business located in Washington that sells quality canned albacore tuna that is all troll caught aboard their boat in the North Pacific Ocean off of the coast of Washington. North Pacific tuna that are troll caught off of the coast of Washington are young and fatty and naturally low in mercury. Our canned tuna is processed with only hand selected tender meaty cuts placed in a BPA can. Our tuna cans come in many flavors. We derive our organic ingredients locally and with care. Our olive oil packed canned albacore won the Good Food Award in San Francisco this year. It is made with Organic Spanish Olive Oil and Sea Salt.
