Our mission is one of service, with emphasis on providing assistance to older West Virginians, with dignity and a caring spirit. The UPAAA believes its goal is to provide technical assistance, training, and counseling to county providers with the intent of enhancing the happiness and standard of living of older West Virginians. In this way, we feel, elderly West Virginians will be able to retain their dignity and independence while remaining in their own households... We are here to support the senior members of our community and provide them with the care and assistance they deserve. Your well-being is our priority.
