I got my start in 1996 as a 'Webmaster,' and that was my first introduction into the very new world of web usability and the user experience. ​ Since my early years, I have truly honed my craft to become highly proficient in most Quantitative and Qualitative UX Research methodologies, techniques and best practices. I am also a runner-up Pulitzer Prize winner for my innovative and digital interactive coverage of Hurricane Ivan in 2004 ​ In my personal life, I am yoga fanatic, and have a daily practice of Ashtanga. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I have a true passion for bringing the flow of yoga into all my endeavors.
