Linda Berardi, Principal, holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Old Dominion University and current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her background includes over 20 years as a human resources and organizational development professional in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities industry in both New York and Virginia. Linda is certified as an Appreciative Leadership Development Program Facilitator and skilled Appreciative Inquiry practitioner. Linda brings the richness of her life experiences into each organizational engagement and offers a contagious enthusiasm that sets the right tone for calling out the same in people that she works with who are invested in personal and organizational expansion. Through a distillation of seasoned knowledge, HR/OD experience and creativity, she uses the metaphor of a WillowOak tree as an entry into organizational development to cultivate thriving teams that grow from strong roots to new heights. She and her team believe that the use of metaphor infuses a rich and dynamic approach to data synthesis, dialogue, and creative design for high engagement results and a unified vision for organizational change.
