Eric graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Financial Management. Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked for American Funds for 5 years and then went on to work for a wealth management firm in Indianapolis for 5 years. Mr. Prusinski is a fiduciary financial planner who attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. An individual who has earned the CFP® designation has met the education, examination, experience, and ethics requirements established by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Eric is passionate about serving clients and providing financial guidance to help them achieve their goals. In his spare time, Eric enjoys watching sports, spending time with friends and family, walking his dog, Stella, and traveling with his wife, Dr. Rina Yadav.

Jodi is passionate about being in the business of personal. She began her career as a residential real estate agent with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. Specializing in coastal San Diego properties, she cultivated meaningful relationships with select clients to find them the home of their dreams-and loved it. After having their two children, Zander and Delaney, real estate took a back seat to her new full-time job as a mom. When the kids went to school, Jodi joined Your Dedicated Fiduciary® to leverage her expertise and revitalize the firm's client experience. When not running operations at the firm, Jodi is likely watching and cheering on her beloved Chicago Cubs and practicing what the firm preaches: fostering family unity alongside her husband and children as they live for their Friday pizza nights and weekends spent together.
