She has a keen eye for detail keeps all the staff focssed on policy and procedure. Claire is a keen photographer and takes some amazing pictures of the Suffolk countryside.
Claire is in charge of Quality and Compliance, in other words lots of paperwork and attention to detail.

Trudi has worked supporting people for many years and is passionate about supporting people. She puts her heart and soul into her job and does the best she can every time to meet individual's needs and support he staff team.
Trudi is a practical joker and keeps the team on their toes by teasing them regularly. Trudi not only manages the team but she can often be seen out on shift supporting our clients.
