CLEVELAND ORTHODONTICS - Key Persons
Caron started working as a Dental Nurse at the age of 17. Her qualifications include the National Certificate in Dental Nursing, Certification in Oral Health & Education, National Certificate in Dental Anaesthetics and the Amspar Diploma in Health Service Reception.
Caron started working with us as a Receptionist / Dental Nurse in 1996 and later progressed to Practice Manager. She is always willing to learn new skills and be open to new challenges and says she feels privileged to work as part of such a loyal team.
She likes to keep fit with Yoga at present. She has various hobbies that she likes to pursue, whilst trying to help renovate her home.
Judith is a Specialist Orthodontist. She finds the job very rewarding, having seen the impact that straightening teeth has on self esteem in both children and adults. She specialises in all fixed appliances including ceramic and Damon as well as Invisalign. Judith believes it is best to create a natural smile wherever possible, using natural teeth and enhancing them through whitening procedures to achieve highly aesthetic results.
Judith belongs to the British Orthodontic Society, British Dental Association and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She has published several research papers and has presented these at international dental conferences. She goes to schools to teach children about dental health and supports local children's charities.

Lisa joined Cleveland Orthodontics as a receptionist in August 2002 and her role has gradually changed over the years as the practice has grown and expanded. She has worked in several office environments prior to this role - but says that this is the job she has enjoyed the most! She loves to see the change in patients confidence as they progress through treatment and to see how happy they are when their brace is removed.
Lisa believes that we have one of the best teams and wouldn't change a thing!
Outside of work, Lisa likes to try and keep herself fit and has a busy timetable with different fitness classes. Both Lisa and her partner are 3rd Dan Black Belts in kickboxing and also part own a kickboxing academy. They try to finish their week off with a nice relaxing 10-12 mile walk on a Sunday.

Melanie joined Cleveland Orthodontics in 2008 as a dental nurse and gained her certificate in Orthodontic Nursing. She worked as a nurse for four years, working up to Head Nurse and then becoming an Orthodontic Therapist in 2013.
Sharon has worked at Cleveland Orthodontics since 2009 after previously working in a doctor's surgery for 22 years. Her role is a variation of managing reception staff and the daily running of the company. Sharon says that one of the best aspects of working at Cleveland Orthodontics is working as part of a team within the different departments.
