Adam joined BM Advisory now Moorfields Advisory in May 2015 having previously been an Associate Director in the Advisory Restructuring practice of Grant Thornton, dealing with both insolvency and restructuring assignments.
In 2011 Adam was seconded to the Special Management Team of RBS Invoice Finance for 12 months as a relationship manager dealing directly with a portfolio of cases experiencing financial problems.
Adam has significant restructuring and insolvency experience across a range of industries and obtained the JIEB qualification in 2008.
Andrew started his career in insolvency in 2000 at Levy Gee in Worthing before moving to Tenon plc where he particularly enjoyed working on public interest cases involving boiler room frauds. Andrew has extensive experience of a mixed portfolio of cases covering all aspects of corporate and personal work, with a particular interest in investigations and complex litigation.
In 2009, Andrew qualified as an insolvency practitioner. He joined BM Advisory now Moorfields Advisory in August 2018 and is based in our Gatwick office.
Andy is the lead partner of Moorfields Advisory alongside Mike Solomons.

Gareth leads the Personal Recoveries team focusing on bankruptcy, debt recovery and personal guarantee enforcement as well as leading the investigative support on formal corporate recovery assignments. Combining the skills of being an insolvency practitioner and solicitor, Gareth is experienced in pursuing insolvency, legal proceedings including claims against bankrupts, their spouses, rogue directors, professional advisors and other connected parties. He is recognised for his tenacious, but pragmatic approach to maximising recoveries.
Experience and Skills
Hari is a qualified accountant with significant experience in dealing with trading administrations, accelerated mergers and acquisitions and distressed financial advisory projects. He has developed a focus on financial advisory and has produced independent business reviews, pre-lend reviews and options analysis reports for various lenders and funders.

Marcus joined BM Advisory in 2013 to manage the Worthing office. He was previously Managing Director at Nancollas Greer, a boutique firm specialising in personal insolvency solutions including IVAs, Bankruptcy and Debt Relief Orders, as well as less formal arrangements such as Debt Management and Time To Pay Arrangements.
Prior to his insolvency career, Marcus spent many years advising and assisting companies with the acquisition and development of property portfolios, specialising in the licensed trade.
Mark is a chartered accountant and Insolvency Practitioner heading up the Moorfields Advisory Preston office.
He has over 20+ years experience in working closely with lenders, investors, boards and other stakeholders to preserve value and optimise the outcome in often challenging and business critical situations.
Over the years he has worked with a wide range of businesses from sole traders to PLCs across a range of industry sectors. His experience means he is well versed in assessing a situation quickly and finding a constructive way forward to satisfy all stakeholders.
Matthew leads the firms Advisory team with 20 years' experience providing turnaround and restructuring services to a wide range of stakeholders. Matthew is well recognised and vastly experienced in advising businesses and lenders on strategy and cashflow planning whilst trading under financial pressure.
Matthew's knowledge means he is well versed at building relationships with lenders and managing expectations whilst getting borrowers and lenders to work together to avoid or alleviate problems.
Mike is the lead partner of Moorfields Advisory alongside Andy Pear.
Mike began his career in corporate advisory and restructuring in 1989 when he joined BDO Stoy Hayward in Central London. He obtained the CPI qualification with distinction and passed the JIEB qualification in 2000.
Mike then joined a practice in London where he helped to grow the business, before moving to a top-twenty firm as Partner in 2009. In March 2011, Mike co-founded BM Advisory, which merged with Moorfields Advisory in February 2022.
Mike has advised companies ranging from owner managed businesses to listed companies across a number of industry sectors including, amongst others, retail, manufacturing, leisure and property.
Milan leads Moorfields' corporate restructuring, personal, and special investigations teams with a proactive and efficient approach. His expertise lies in swiftly assessing distressed scenarios, providing expert counsel to lenders, directors, and stakeholders, resolving issues that may initially seem insurmountable.
With a wealth of experience, Milan specialises in managing high-profile, complex, and contentious cases. His expertise spans special real estate and agricultural work outs as well as complex fraud and investigation projects. Milan actively contributes to a government-backed working group dedicated to combatting fraud through the use of insolvency assignments.
I have experience across a broad spectrum of industries and a proven track record at giving clear, constructive advice to stakeholders, with a strong reputation for results. My history in finance and ACIB qualification have permitted to provide successful restructuring and turnaround advice to both companies and financiers for many years.
Richard began his career in accountancy in 1999 when he joined Deloitte in Birmingham. He became a chartered accountant in 2002 and is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner having passed the Insolvency examinations in 2006. Richard also spent time on secondment at Barclays Bank Plc and Deloitte Australia before joining BM Advisory now Moorfields Advisory in 2014 to head up its Gatwick and Worthing offices.
Richard has advised companies of all sizes across most industry sectors and his expertise lies in providing timely, commercial and strategic advice to distressed individuals, businesses and stakeholders.
Simon joined Moorfields Commercial Finance (previously BM Structured Finance) in November 2013, having worked in the asset based lending industry both in the UK and Australia. Simon has held senior positions in Risk, Operations and Sales in some of the major Asset Based Lenders, and was part of the senior management team that successfully sold Westpac's Invoice Finance division in 2008.
Simon was also a shareholder and director of the leading UK broking company, Factoring UK, which was sold to Bibby Financial Services and set up an Invoice Finance company for Allianz.
I have specialised in Corporate work typically acting for secured creditors both in an advisory capacity and in accepting formal insolvency appointments. I have been instructed by a variety of financial institutions including Banks, Asset Based Lenders, VCTs and Private Equity investors.
