Ann Roulston

Ann is a Solicitor Advocate and a member of The Children's Order Panel. She is also trained in Mediation and in Collaborative Law. Ann has considerable experience in Family and Children's Law, and devotes a large amount of her time to this area of her practice. She is on the Children's Order Panel and on the Panel of Solicitors who represent Guardians ad Litem in Public Law Care Proceedings.

Ashlee Willdridge

Ashlee graduated in 2005 with an Honours Degree in Law & Government, moving onto complete the professional qualification at Q.U.B Law Institute, thereafter being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007. With over 12 years' experience, Ashlee specialises in Family and Matrimonial law offering a friendly an approachable attitude in assisting clients, at often a very difficult time in their lives. Ashlee strives to ensure the optimum results, through commitment to keeping clients fully appraised at every stage of their case. Being on the NI Guardian Ad Litem Agency Panel, representing specifically the interests of the child and a member of the Law Society's Children Order Panel, she guarantees to keep updated with this constantly evolving area of the law. In addition, Ashlee deals with criminal defence work, assisting clients at police station for PACE interviews and if they find themselves summonsed to attend court. Advice and assistance also given on a range of general practice.

Kathryn Millinson

Kathryn graduated from Queen's University Belfast in 1980 and commenced employment in 1981 after taking her professional exams at the Institute for Professional Legal Studies in Belfast. Kathryn specialises in Wills and Administration of Estates involving inheritance tax liability and particularly in relation to farms. She also specialises in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and acts for Developers in Building developments. Kathryn has had experience in Clinical Negligence cases brought in the High Court and also in relation to land disputes in the County and High Court involving boundaries and rights of way. She also advises on Elderly Client law.

Keith McGarry

Ann graduated from Queens' University Belfast in 1981and after taking her Professional Examinations at The Institute of Legal Studies she was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Northern Ireland in 1982. Keith is a Solicitor Advocate, is trained in Mediation and is also a part time Tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. He played representative rugby for Ulster in his younger days and still plays competitive amateur golf, and has now combined his love of sport with his legal expertise by graduating with a Masters in Sports Law from De Montford University in 2011. Keith specialises in general litigation, conveyancing and probate, and his area of expertise is sports law where his particular interest is in the governance of sport and disciplinary hearings for athletes. He has provided advice to several sports governing bodies, and has represented athletes in both disciplinary and anti-doping cases. He has also successfully represented an athlete in issues relating to his eligibility to represent his country in the London Olympics, and has also represented the interests of a large sports manufacturer in merchandising contracts

Rhiannon Carson

Rhiannon graduated from Ulster University and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies before being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Northern Ireland 2021. Rhiannon completed her training contract under the guidance of Keith McGarry and graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies with Commendation in June 2020. Rhiannon was then offerred the position of Solicitor with

Victoria Stevenson

Victoria graduated from Queen's University Belfast in 2020 with a 2:1 in Law. Victoria is currently studying with the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and joined Conn & Fenton in September 2020 as a trainee solicitor. During her apprenticeship at the firm, Victoria has been assisting the residential conveyancing team.
