Brian C. Allen is a graduate Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of the Arts in History and he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including the Federal Eastern and Western District Courts in Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and Kentucky Justice Association.
Carolyn C. Ely has a B.A. in Political Science & Speech Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Carolyn is licensed in Nevada, Indiana and Kentucky, and is a proud member of the Kentucky Justice Association.
Chris Moeller received a B.A. Degree from Purdue University with a Double Major in Communications and Political Science. After graduating from Purdue Chris attended the IU Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, IN, where he earned a J.D. in 2005. Upon graduation from Law School Chris has practiced exclusively in the area of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation. During his career Chris has handled numerous types of cases, including class actions, complex product liability cases, trucking cases, auto cases, and many others. Chris was selected to the Indiana Superlawyers Rising Star list 7 years in a row, and has led the state of Indiana for Personal Injury cases tried in a year, and has tried over 50 cases in his career, as well as mediating hundreds of other cases.

David Scott is a 2008 graduate of the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law (J.D. 2008). He began his legal career as felony prosecutor focusing on jury trials for victim involved criminal cases.
Since 2012, David has been representing clients in personal injury cases. David has numerous successful settlements and trial verdicts for his clients, and he was named "Plaintiff Attorney of the Year" for 2015 by the publication, The Kentucky Trial Court Review.
Elizabeth Pratt Bernardi holds a B.A. from Centre College and a J.D. from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
Her career highlights include a clerkship in Kentucky's 27th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for Eastern and Western Districts in Kentucky and the Circuit Court of Appeals. Elizabeth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association and the Louisville Bar Association.
Jason Pride has a B.A. in Political Science from University of Kentucky and a J.D. from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He is a member of Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky Justice Association.
His career highlights include the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky and he has been a presenter for Kentucky Bar Association CLEs (KBA Update). Demonstrating his professional skill, Jason has successfully litigated cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
John M. Jones holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana State University, and a J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Subsequent to his graduation from law school, his practice has been solely devoted to helping people who have been injured due to the negligence others. His practice areas include motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, dog bites, slip and falls, nursing home abuse, and medical negligence.
John is licensed to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, and the U.S. District Federal Court, Northern and Southern Division of Indiana. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association.
In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, camping, and playing competitive paintball.
Attorney Jon Heck graduated from Bellarmine University with a degree in Philosophy and History then received a law degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. Mr. Heck worked for eight years as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for Kentucky where he specialized in trying violent crimes.
Kaitlin Coons Astorino holds a B.A. with triple majors in Psychology, Communications, and Telecommunications from Indiana University and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
In law school, she served as the Assistant Chief Justice for her school's moot court tournament and a tutor for the Dean's Tutorial Society in Civil Procedure.
She has experience in a wide variety of practice areas including: subrogation, criminal law, intellectual property, business law, and litigation. Kaitlin is licensed to practice in Indiana and Kentucky.
