Each of our staff members has dedicated their career to serving others, and most have more than 20 years of experience providing services for people with developmental disabilities... One of our primary goals is to promote independence as each person grows in life. We focus on being the best our industry has to offer. We do this by promoting family involvement, natural supports, individual rights, and accessibility... Team members of A&A Advantage Care will facilitate as educators, and assist the people we serve through choices, dignity, and teachings. Through these mechanisms, we will empower the people we serve as they embark on their journeys in independence.
