We are building a global movement where every complaint is recognised as a catalyst for change... Adhoc Support is led by its co-founders, Zoltan Petrasovits (CEO) and Geza Koczian (CTO/COO), and operated by an international team of specialists in consumer rights, data science, and law. The organisation is comprised of Adhoc Support CIC (the non-profit entity) and its technology partner, WebshopCompany Ltd (UK)... Adhoc Support is a hybrid organisation: a tech startup, a civil initiative, and a research-driven entity. We are legally structured as a UK Community Interest Company (CIC) to ensure our primary mission is always community benefit, not profit. Our technology backbone is provided by WebshopCompany Ltd (UK), a firm with over 30 years of experience in IT and e-commerce.
