Adult Family Care is a program of Opportunities for Inclusion (formerly known as GWArc), a 65 year old highly regarded human services agency headquartered in Waltham, MA. Our AFC Program has been in operation for over 10 years... Our mission is to serve individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities, frail elders, and their families. Our programs promote independence, inclusion, self-advocacy, cultural diversity and the overall dignity and welfare of our participants and staff.
