He has spent 30 years in the aerospace industry, focusing on satellite command and control and payload data processing and now manages AidKit's programs and application engineering teams.

Anne is a software engineer with a degree in Mathematics. She is committed to working on a team that is inclusive and non-traditional, making software created for people rather than for profits. ->
Anne's technical experience beyond AidKit comes mostly from working in the EdTech space. She has experience working on a small team in a big organization, doing very specialized work to integrate 3rd party vendors' learning management systems with the company's product. She also spent time as a lead on a more fast-paced, full-stack team that managed an entire tutor-student marketplace product. The breadth of these experiences has been a highlight of her career so far - it's always a joy to keep learning. Anne has a BS in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, with a concentration in Discrete Math and Logic.

Breanna has nearly ten years of experience leading nonprofits in launching programs and campaigns that empower underserved communities & support ambitious missions to eradicate barriers to equitable education & community resources. Prior to joining AidKit as a program manager, Breanna served as the Associate Director of United Parents and Students, where she led the organization in executing high impact campaigns around issues such as homelessness, affordable housing, livable wages, and public safety. Having begun her journey as a high school math teacher, Breanna is most proud to have launched a program that has trained over 100 high school students in the practice of community organizing, and led them to victory on influencing historic local policy change. In addition to her leadership in the nonprofit sector, Breanna has served as a birth worker in her community for the past 7 years, offering full spectrum doula services to birthing people, with a focus on first time preconception care and loss support. Breanna has a BS in Psychology from Howard University. She is currently pursuing her project management certification (PMP).
Brittany is a former nonprofit leader seasoned in driving positive outcomes for marginalized communities. She is motivated by a deep sense of accountability to her team and passion for AidKit's mission to revolutionize aid delivery at scale. ->
Cody has over a decade of experience building software across multiple industries including enterprise SaaS and cleantech. He is excited at the prospect of building tools to directly address systemic inequity. ->
Even before graduating from college, Cody turned his love of tinkering with code into an internship at a web design shop out of Austin, TX. From there, he went on to join an engineering team at Razorfish, where he got to work on projects for clients such as Samsung, BlackBerry, and Southwest Airlines. After a brief stint at Atlassian, he and his wife uprooted their lives in Austin to live in Melbourne Australia for a year. There, he found his way into the cleantech space with the startup GreenSync which was running automated peak response programs across Australia. Shortly after coming back to the states, he continued his journey in the cleantech space, helping to build the software backbone of the Curb home energy monitoring system which was deployed alongside 15K+ solar installations. Cody holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Devin is an experienced software engineer with a background in cloud infrastructure and cyber security. He is highly optimistic about the potential of software to make an outsized impact on the communities AidKit serves. ->
Devin has built a career focused on building and scaling startups in the cloud infrastructure management and cybersecurity industries. As an engineer, his approach was not just technical; it was holistic with a keen focus on durable product thinking and advocacy for design and accessibility. This focus underscored his belief that engineering solutions must be user-centric and accessible to all. While in Boston, Devin participated in the UMass Boston StEP program as a mentor, helping to promote socio-economic diversity in the growth technology workforce. Devin's expertise led him to London, where he played a pivotal role in expanding his organization's international engineering team. In his most recent role at HYPR, Devin led a team of engineers building a cloud-native cybersecurity platform and drove the go-to-market strategy for new cloud products. Devin has a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a minor in Psychology.
Erin brings a decade of experience contributing to the development of complex, people-oriented policies and programs, including extensive work with guaranteed income pilots across the country. She holds dual master degrees in Social Work and Social Policy. ->
Erin has significant experience in unrestricted cash transfers and the guaranteed income space, having served as Associate Director of External Partnerships at the Center for Guaranteed Income Research (CGIR) at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jamie brings a wealth of international experience to AidKit, having spent 10 years living, traveling and working abroad.
Jen is an application engineer with a background in high-tech low-touch behavioral research. Her guiding star is working to solve interesting problems that inhibit human thriving. ->
Over the past 10 years, Jen has worn several hats across a variety of non-profits and academic institutions. Jen began her journey as a case worker and life-skills/yoga teacher at a juvenile detention center for boys in Pennsylvania. That experience informed her transition to working as a grant writer and major gifts coordinator for a non-profit providing youth services in her home state of Montana. Together these roles prompted her to learn more about human development and decision making through a masters degree in Human Ecology at UW-Madison, where she studied family dynamics within carceral settings. After graduation, she moved back west to work as a Programs Manager for Huntsman Cancer Institute, in a lab, focused on behavior change and health equity. It was at HCI that Jen realized and cultivated her knack for software tinkering and cross-team translation. She is now using and developing those skills at AidKit as an Application Engineer.

Kadeem is an experienced government affairs, public policy and social impact professional with a diverse background ranging from public policy and non-profit management to strategic partnerships and community engagement. Kadeem embraces complex challenges, weave together solutions, and drive impactful change for populations at the margins of disempowerment.
Kadeem brings nearly a decade of experience in community building and public policy having worked in over three city agencies. Their work centers around bringing access to groups through government investment and public awareness. Kadeem has, through legislative strategy and community building, worked on legislation that bans solitary confinement, expand housing voucher programs, increase access to STI/HIV testing availability. Kadeem has organized countless stakeholder engagement processes, aimed to bringing new voices in public policy deliberations. Kadeem has developed processes now adopted by city agencies to incorporate lived experiences of groups often found at the margins.
When Kadeem is not busy, you can find them dancing somewhere, or volunteering as the Treasurer and board member of a small nonprofit based in Queens, NY who conducts work around the City, nation and Caribbean region, Caribbean Equality Project.
Kai Lin is a software engineer and former immigrant labor organizer, passionate about empowering invisibilized and underappreciated people in our communities. ->
Kai Lin studied data science for public policy research at NYU and Columbia, and graduate-level computer science at the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys learning new languages, and is an avid keeper of streaks on DuoLingo.

She first became involved in the field through direct support work, serving as the primary point of contact for immigrant families navigating the complexities of life in the US. Following the emergence of clear patterns of systemic barriers; she moved into partnership building work to address root causes.Meagan strongly believes that the most effective and impactful solutions are designed by those with lived experience. She has spent her career building supportive spaces to ensure the right voices are at decision making tables and that community wisdom is honored and compensated. Meagan has extensive experience in coalition building and working with institutions to identify and resolve access barriers within their programming. Meagan has both a Masters and BS in Health Policy and Management as well as a BA in Hispanic Literature and Cultures. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management.
Micah is a software engineer with 6 years of experience working for non-profits. He brings a passion for leveraging technology to improve society, and specifically, to reduce economic inequality. ->

Nohemi is the lead for the applicant support line for one of Aidkit's programs, the Benefit Recovery Fund. She has experience working in mental health within the non-profit sector and is passionate about advocating for resources that ensure justice for the immigrant communities.
Nohemi has experience in the non-profit sector, implementing mental health and wellness programs primarily for the Hispanic community. She has also served in the child welfare sector, advocating for family safety and well-being. As a clinician, she has conducted psychological evaluations for immigration court. Nohemi holds a master's degree in Social Work and a clinical license and is part of a community dance group that performs Bollywood, belly dance, and Brazilian samba.
Parry brings a rich background in project and production management and takes pride in developing and upholding systems vital to AidKit's mission. ->
Parry Burton is a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong background in production management. Formerly a Production Lead at Junket Productions Inc., Parry managed complex production calendars, and ensured timely interviews and smooth days on productions like Warner Brothers' Barbie and MGM's Wednesday. She also served as a Production Manager at Little King Studios, where she managed production logistics and led teams of up to 30, creating an enjoyable atmosphere on set.Parry is thrilled to have transitioned her "boots on the ground" skills in production to her role as AidKit's Operations Manager. She hopes to bring her positive energy to her co-workers and AidKit's clients, helping to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve. Parry attended Arizona State University, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG).
Pranathi's background in education and international development fostered her motivation to understand how system-level changes can effectively support recipients and communities.

Rashida has more than 20 years of experience in the health and human services field. She strives to promote innovation and excellence in public sector systems and drive robust technology solutions, policies and programs that lead to improved outcomes for children, youth, and families. Before joining AidKit, Rashida was the Program Director of Health and Human Services for the National Association of Counites where she was responsible for leading NACo's human services portfolio and national initiatives advancing county services delivery systems serving children and their families. Her areas of expertise are in early childhood development, public health, workforce development and partnerships with higher education, child welfare and human services. Rob is a software engineer with over a decade of experience coding. His formal education is in aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering. ->
Before joining AidKit, Rob developed systems as a self employed contractor that today track thousands of individuals' health records and keep laboratory testing systems operational. During his time at AidKit, he has contributed to the platform in innumerable ways, and has led the technical design of programs such as Left Behind Workers' Colorado Cash 2021-2022, Denver Cash 2021, and played a key role in creating the messaging apparatus used in the early days of the Denver Basic Income Project. He is now leading technical workstreams in Colorado's Benefit Recovery Fund ranging from Fraud prevention to more streamlined support and communication protocols.

Ruthie (she/her/hers) is the Senior Lead of the Program Management Team at AidKit. In this role, she manages six program managers and provides technical assistance on their portfolios. Ruthie led implementation for the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Early Childhood Educator Pay Equity Fund that provided $80MM to early childhood educators in Washington, DC. Prior to her work with AidKit, Ruthie led a team at the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) I responsible for the implementation of grant programs across DC and Atlanta. Additionally, she provided vital technical assistance and training to individuals and organizations, empowering them to expand or establish new childcare centers and homes. She has also worked at the New York City Department of Education and as an educator at DC Charter School. Ruthie has an M.A. in Education Policy and Sociology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She also received a BS in Political Science and a BS in Islamic Civilization and Societies from Boston College.
Theresa is a software engineer with a degree in chemical engineering and experience helping startups grow. She is motivated to leverage technology as a force for equity and inclusion. ->
Theresa is a versatile problem solver with a background crafting software solutions for sustainable shopping, fall alerting, and team fitness training startups. Vivek graduated from law school in 2021 and was recruited by a prestigious law firm to be on their capital markets team. He quickly realized he wanted to spend all his time on impact focussed work and since then he's helped generate more patient-centric research outputs, and is now helping deploy cash assistance in an equitable manner.

Zeitun has nearly 10 years in the global development sector, securing resources for nonprofits in the US and East Africa (EA) focusing on critical humanitarian programs such as food security. Before joining the Aidkit team, she led strategic planning efforts for non profits in EA, implemented robust monitoring and evaluation processes to measure success in her programming, and built strong networks across programs and institutions. Zeitun has a BA in International Relations from Towson University, and a MS in Global Affairs & Peacebuilding from New York University.
