Aaron Pedregon - COO

Aaron was born and raised in Houston, Tx before settling down in Highland Village where he is happily married with 2 sons. Aaron has managed operations for national & international restoration companies. He carries EVERY certification offered by the top manufacturers in the industry including Master Elite Installer. Over 25yrs of experience within the industry & has resolved storm damage claims in numerous states. He has now partnered with Brett to take Amick Construction to the next level & we are very lucky to have have him.

Brett Amick - CEO

Born and raised in Lewisville, Tx with family ties that go all the way back to the late 1800's. Family includes the founding members of Aubrey, Tx and the Grandson of the first mail carrier in Lewisville. After graduating from Marcus High School in 1998 he left to volunteer his duties in the armed forces for 6yrs. He then returned home to get married & start a family with 3 children to ensure the Amick/Frady legacy continues to thrive in Lewisville and surrounding areas. Brett has over 15yrs of experience in the industry. Over those 15yrs he incurred multiple certifications from the industries top manufacturers giving him the necessary knowledge to build a successful company while continuing the tradition of helping his community.

Cameron Johnston

Cameron was born and raised in Illinois where he started his career in the storm restoration industry. He eventually took his talents to Houston, Tx & is currently living and overseeing projects in the DFW metroplex. Cameron has earned multiple construction industry manufacturer certifications, and has quickly gained the reputation as an honest and reliable project manager per his client compliments posted on multiple online reviews.

Chad Lesslie

Chad was born in Ft. Worth, Tx then moved to the Lewisville area in 1987 where he currently resides. He graduated from Marcus High School in 1997, then served 4yrs in the US ARMY before moving to Colorado for a short time. Chad has 9yrs of experience in the industry as well as 6 years in business management. Not only is he a project manager overseeing large projects, he also has many hands on skills allowing him to take care of small repairs himself for clients in short notice or times of emergency. Chad holds a number of certifications from the industries top manufacturers. He also has an associates degree in graphic design and multimedia allowing him to design and maintain the website along with most of the photography and videos taken to advance Amick Construction to the next level.

Eric Morris

Eric was born in Highland Village, Tx and continued to reside there until he graduated from Marcus High School in 1998. He then moved to Keller where he finished his sports science & physical therapy licensing requirements. He operated & managed 2 rehabilitation clinics in Southlake & San Antonio for 8 yrs until he decided to move to Colorado. That is where he found his love for insurance & risk management working for Allstate all while managing a local restaurant at night. After 4 yrs at Allstate he found his true passion in management for a highly prolific construction company in Denver, where he quickly became one of the top proj. managers within 1 yr. He took that knowledge & professionalism in all things construction back to his home state in 2017 & is currently overseeing the new residential & commercial divisions of Amick Construction in The Woodlands & surrounding Houston areas. He too carries numerous certifications from the industries top manufacturers and is always expanding his knowledge base while providing top-notch customer support.

Lance Croft

Lance was born in Tucson, Az then shortly after traveled to California before finding his home in the Lewisville area since 1989. He is a graduate of Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Tx. He has over 24yrs of experience as a customer service rep in a number of industries including construction. He carries multiple certifications from the industries top manufacturers & continues to expand his knowledge everyday.

Rachel Day - CFO

Rachel was born in Plano, Tx & raised in Flower Mound. She graduated from Marcus High School in 2002. Rachel is the glue that holds us all together by organizing the files, crunching numbers and making sure payroll is on schedule. She has over 18yrs of secretarial, book keeping, & administrative services for a number of companies in the construction industry. Not only is she a QuickBooks guru, she also holds a number of training certificates for the necessary software needed to keep a company running smooth. Rachel has been with the company for a little over a year now and we are very lucky to have her as a part of the team.
