My name is Dana LeBoeuf, welcome to Arly Wellness. I'm a certified Nutritional Therapy Practioner, a wife and homeschooling mom to three. I have lived in Charleston, SC for about 5 years now. When I have down time, I love going on outdoor adventures with my family, cooking a nutritious meal, curling up with a good book and spending time with close friends... My relationship with the nutrition world started from my own health needs and deficiencies. When I was a new college student, I read a book which lead to my decision to become a vegetarian. I was a vegetarian for about 10 years, and carried and birthed 2 babies during that period. When my youngest daughter was 6 months old, my body began to let me know that this diet was no longer working for me. I started to experience symptoms of extreme anxiety and panic along with very low iron and anemia at times. I couldn't sleep, felt faint all the time and my life was completely disrupted by my health status... Functional Health..
