Andrew Causer

Andrew Causer has 30 years of experience in the industry. He was educated at Kent College, Canterbury and Trinity Hall, Cambridge. Joining Bowater/ UK Paper as a management trainee he specialised in Sales and Marketing roles. Recruited by UPM, he worked for the company for 18 years in the UK, Germany and Finland. His responsibilities included Sales Director for UK Printers and Merchants and Vice President Graphic Papers, Europe. He was Managing Director of Burgo UK for two years. Andrew has extensive contacts across Europe in paper, print and publishing.

Colin Ransom

Colin Ransom has over 50 years experience in the paper, packaging and printing industries. He started work on the shop floor at Thames Board Mills producing CCM and paperboard, becoming a Machine Tender and Supervisor. Over the next few years he rose through various production positions to become the Mill Manager of a CCM mill. Later he became General Manager of a Converting division and Managing Director of a corrugated packaging business. He acquired Page Overton in 2002, selling the company to Nigel Williams in 2016 and still acts as consultant to the business.

Nigel Williams

Nigel Williams is the Joint Managing Director of Axess Page Overton. Nigel has 35 years' experience in global sales and marketing in the paper, security print and technology industries, working for leading manufacturers such as Georgia Pacific, Domtar and De La Rue. This involved the recruitment and motivation of international agency networks, European sales and technical teams. He also combined implementation strategies for major brand owners of smart labelling improving supply chain control in the following sectors: Pharmaceutical, Luxury Goods, Technology and Automotive. Passionate about manufacturing and delivering customer value.

Paul Freeman

Paul Freeman is a highly motivated chartered chemical engineer who has worked in the Paper Industry for the past 27 years. He gained his first degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, his masters at Aston University and later a diploma in Engineering Management. He first entered the Paper Making Industry by joining Smith Stone & Knight Ltd. in 1990 as a Shift Manager. He then held several operational management positions until he became the Operations Director of Smurfit Kappa SSK in 2007. He has gained much experience and skill in leadership, operational management and control, business improvements, employee engagement and communications. With a passion for excellence, he strives to achieve the very best in any assignment, recognising the power of people to make a difference in whatever field they work.

Tom Luker

Tom Luker, is one of the best known and networked managers in the industry, Tom has over 30 years' experience in corrugated. Born and educated in Bristol, he gained an MBA later in his career and has a good knowledge of both French and Spanish. He joined the industry in 1985, rising through senior sales positions to become Managing Director of a major integrated operation, and has subsequently worked extensively in both the UK integrated and independent sectors, and in European Business Development roles.
