I was raised in Midland, TX and began my construction estimating journey in my undergraduate studies at Texas Tech in 1998 by taking various construction methods courses and eventually earning my MBA in construction management from ICMT. I have worked for several earthwork & utility subcontractors & waste management companies in the DFW metroplex in Texas since 2004. I have 15 years' experience with HCSS HeavyBid, AGTEK, BlueBeam & Planswift... Over the last 12 years I have developed a proprietary software which we utilize to compile quantities and 64 cost constraints and synthesize this bid data into a final bid proposal for our clients. The feedback using this methodology has been unanimous and continues to grow in effectiveness. Our bids are not only competitive and considered to be "in the hunt" on 20% of our total submitted proposals (which is above target) but we maintain a valuable relationship with many of our general contractors which provide detailed feedback on many..
