In 2008 Brad and Becky align forces and establish the Brad and Becky Team. It was the comment they continuously received "Here comes B&B", that led to the branding of the B&B Team in 2016. In 2019 our team officially became their own Brokerage as a franchise with The Realty Firm and Tiffany Fewster-Salt joined our team as a Sales Representative. Melanie Olivier became licensed as a sales representative in 2020 and then a broker in 2022. Since then, our team has continued to grow as we've added on sales representative Nicole Schell. We look forward to continuing to grow together as a team!... We are proud of our achievements within The Realty Firm as an organization, we have received the #1 Team Award for sales production in 2017 and 2019.
