Allison was raised in a military family and enjoyed living all over the United States before settling in the Fredericksburg area in 2006. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Mary Washington while working full time building a career in Customer Relations in Fredericksburg. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Buyer Specialist at Belcher Real Estate, LLC. She is married to fellow Realtor Jeff Hancock and a proud mother to Dalton and step mother to Marley. Allison understands the importance of open communication between agent and client and she is committed to going above and beyond to help her clients find their dream home.
