With over 30 years' experience in hotel management Yvon has held various positions from Hotel Director of Engineering to Corporate Senior Director of Engineering where he oversaw the operation of numerous properties and assisted with the acquisition of various hotels across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In carrying out these roles Yvon has gained extensive and invaluable hands-on experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotels engineering covering hotel development, project management and asset management. During this period Yvon has worked with Starwood Hotel Group and Radisson Hotel Group working in more than 60 countries across 3 continents. Before starting his construction career Yvon also spent 5 years in the Merchant Navy.
