Chale Designs are a multi cultural family (mum is British, dad Ghanaian; child a perfect combination of the two) now based in the midlands of England. Mum is the photographer, designs the products and does the technical stuff; dad is the model, tester and cheerleader and the child is the beneficiary of any profits made!... In 2016 Chale Designs was started to sell unique jewellery designs featuring recycled glass beads from the Krobo region of Ghana. Based solely on Etsy we did pretty well until we got to the point where it was impossible to grow any further without a change of tack. After a brief hiatus caused by lots of work based travel we returned with a focus on home décor and accessories all inspired by the world around us...
