She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from Renmin University of China.
Ms. Gao Yu has been engaged in the energy and chemical sector for about 30 years, with a deep understanding of domestic and foreign energy and chemical industries; later focused on the issuance of ABS products and successfully issued the first small loan asset securitization products at Shanghai Stock Exchange.
