From craft ciders made in the traditional style (dry, aged, sometimes still, sometimes sparkling) to experimental ciders fermented or infused with other fruits, herbs and hops - We offer ciders on tap and in bottles and cans. Our friendly staff will assist you with your selections... Cider is technically a fruit wine. Craft Cider has at its base either fresh pressed apples or 100% apple juice (i.e. the cider maker bought the juice, not the apples). The often small batches are then fermented (like wine), sometimes with the addition of fruit/puree/juices or herbs. Some bring them to market in a few weeks, others let them mature for months or even years. It is not brewed, i.e. there is no heat applied or water added.
