Having grown up in Aptos, Jeffrey understands what his community needs with regard to estate planning, real property law, and business formations. He has served clients locally, as well as clients from abroad. With his skill, knowledge, and experience, his clients can put their minds at ease knowing he is their advocate.
Jeffrey received his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Master of Legal Studies from Monterey College of Law, where he was elected by his peers as the class speaker for their graduation ceremony. During law school, he also served as his class representative in the Student Bar Association where he served as an advocate for his fellow students. Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, where he double majored in International Business and Marketing.
Jeffrey is a member of the Santa Cruz County Bar Association, as well as the Santa Cruz County Estate Planning Council.
Jeffrey lives in Watsonville, California, with his wife Jenna and their two children, Judson and Finn. You can find Jeffrey going on runs, hiking, and biking in Forest Nisene, or going to the beach or church with his family. He is an avid soccer player and fan.
John A. Christerson attended the University of California at San Diego and Westmont College. He graduated with honors from Westmont College with a degree in both Biology and English Literature. He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1979, and was admitted to the California Bar the same year. He has been practicing law in Aptos, California since 1980.

John has presented lectures and papers before the Santa Cruz County Bar Association Estate Planning and Real Estate Section. He has been qualified and has testified as a real property expert in the Superior Court of California, County of Monterey. He has also acted as a pro tem settlement conference judge in the Superior Court, County of Santa Cruz. He has prepared estate plans and administered estates, including filing the federal estate tax return, for small estates and estates in excess of $70,000,000.
John lives in Aptos, California, with his wife, Alexandra and their three adult children, Jonathan, Jeffrey and Shannon, live in the area. His hobbies include running, backpacking, surfing, and he recently completed a road cycle from Mexico to Canada.
Jonny Christerson graduated from California Polytechnic State University and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Master of Legal Studies from Monterey College of Law. Jonny lives in Aptos, CA with his rambunctious Golden Retriever and his fiancee.
