Clarific Services was founded as an information systems consultancy in 2011 by David P. Welliver, MS, MBA, who had previous careers in education, music, and information technology. Although our projects are no longer confined to the domain of information systems, our approach to clarification in any domain relies heavily on the same practices and methods that have found success in the information systems discipline.
