We are Sergei and Jennifer Dengin. We have lived in Spring Lake for the last 17+ years. We love this area and we love children! We have 6 kids of our own ranging in age from 21 down to 3! We design and build Fancy Playhouses and movie sets and we've been doing that for the last 12 years. (Before that we built custom homes.) Our company, Fancy Builder, Inc. has fulfilled orders for private schools, game shows and other high-end customers, California movie producers (including Disney) and even built much of the Jerusalem movie set for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We also built many of the sets used in the Church's new Book of Mormon videos. Recently we built a giveaway playhouse for Homie and REAL Salt Lake Soccer. And we just finished building an amazing toddler playroom for the married student clubhouse at BYU-Idaho. We've always had a dream of building a huge indoor Play Town / Children's Discovery Center for children. We are excited that the church building at 191..
