Bernardita is a scientist, a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and scientific and technological developments, spanning startups, corporations, and venture capital.
She is passionate about science with impact. As the Head of CMPC Ventures, she leads investments, operations, and strategic relationships, overseeing the general administration of the fund.

As the R&D and Bioeconomy Manager at CMPC, Bibiana leads all internal R&D efforts and collaborations with third parties, from forests to new businesses and products. Bibiana and her team are responsible for the evaluation and technical leadership of various investments, collaborations, and partnerships funded by CMPC Ventures.
