CMAS RENTS

A Ground Rent most often occurs where property is owned "Leasehold" that is to say by way of Long Lease (from 50 years to 999 years) out of which a modest Rent is payable. It is the right to receive such a Ground Rent that we are interested in acquiring. This right is most often embodied in the "Freehold" Title (although it could be another (longer) Leasehold Title) and so the alternative name for what we are interested to buy is called the "Freehold Title" or most often, simply, a "Freehold"...
A Chief Rent is peculiar to the North West of England and arises, uniquely, out of a Freehold Title itself...
We're a small company that buys land rents from individuals and businesses.
