Agnes Koops-Aukes

Agnes Koops-Aukes (1969) joined one of the legacy firms of PwC in 1991 as an auditor and became partner on 1 July 2007. In 2013 she was appointed as a member of the board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. (Assurance Board). Agnes has been a member of the board of management since 1 July 2018 As of 1 July 2022, Agnes is chair of the board of management.

Chris Buijink

Chris Buijink (1954) joined the Supervisory Board in November 2021 and has been chair of the Supervisory Board since February 2022. Until the summer of 2021, Chris Buijink was chair of the Dutch Banking Association (Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken - NVB) and before that he was long connected to the ministry of Economic Affairs, including as Secretary-General from 2007 to 2013.

Floor Rink

Floor Rink (1975) is head of the Department of Organisational Behaviour and professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Groningen. Floor Rink's research focuses on diversity, authority, ethics and strategic decision-making. She regularly gives talks on these topics in various executive programmes for directors and supervisors. Floor Rink attained her PhD in Social Psychology at Leiden University (Cum Laude, 2005). She was a visiting researcher at Kellogg School of Management and Exeter University. Floor Rink joined the Supervisory Board of PwC Netherlands on 1 July 2023.

Jan Sijbrand

Jan Sijbrand (1954) joined PwC's Supervisory Board in January 2019 and has been chair of the Public Interest Committee of PwC since February 2019. In addition to his position in PwC's SB, Jan Sijbrand is an Independent Non-Executive Director of AIB Group plc and Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. Jan Sijbrand was a Director of De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB - the Dutch Central Bank) from mid-2011 to mid-2018. As Chair of Supervision, he was primarily responsible for the supervisory activities and policies of DNB. He also had supervisory roles at the ECB in Frankfurt and the EBA in London and he was chair of the Curatorium for Postgraduate Studies (Compliance & Integrity) at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam. From 2008 to mid-2011, Jan Sijbrand was a member of the Managing Board and Chief Risk Officer of NIBC, a Dutch banking institution. Prior to that, he worked at ABN AMRO, Rabobank and Shell.

Janet Visbeen

Janet Visbeen (1970) joined PwC in 2004 and became a partner in 2008 in the business unit People & Organisation of the Tax Advisory practice. She is a specialist in the area of remuneration strategy and advice, incentive design, corporate governance, international tax structuring and management support with transactions. In 2015, Janet was appointed a member of the board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Belastingadviseurs N.V. (Tax, Legal & People Board) where she was responsible for the portfolios markets, innovation and finance. As of 1 July 2022, Janet is part of the board of management of PwC in the Netherlands as chair of the Tax Advisory practice.

Maarten van de Pol

Maarten van de Pol (born 1972) joined one of the legacy firms of PwC in 1996 as an auditor and became a partner on 1 July 2007. In 2013 he was appointed as member of the board of management of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory N.V. (Advisory Board) and, Maarten has been an authorised executive director of the Board of Management since 1 July 2018, in which he was responsible for Advisory and Chair of the Advisory Board. As of 1 July 2022, Maarten is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the board of management.

René van Schooten

René van Schooten (1959) joined the Supervisory Board of PwC Netherlands in November 2021 and has chaired the audit committee since February 2022. René van Schooten was a member of the board of management of Philips Lighting N.V./Signify N.V. for many years and has fulfilled the role of CFO multiple times. Previously, he also worked for Unilever and Esso in different financial functions.

Wytse van der Molen (1969) joined one of the legacy firms of PwC in 1994 and became a partner in 2006. He is a chartered accountant and has been part of the board of the Assurance practice since 2016. Until 30 June 2022 he was responsible for the Risk & Quality portfolio. As of 1 July 2022, he is a member of the board of Management of PwC in the Netherlands as chair of the Assurance practice.
