We treat each and every animal we process as if it was our own meat... My brother and I ran and managed the meat department of a local supermarket for over 30 years. Our knowledge of processing and meat handling goes back many years. The different flavors of fresh sausage we offer are my own home created and perfected recipes. That Were created based on customer requests and knowledge obtained over the years while running the local meat department.
