Curtis Seifert Construction, LLC is a general contractor based out of Perham, MN focusing on new home builds and remodels. We have a long-standing family legacy of quality and care... Since 2003, Curt has been involved in commercial and residential construction projects that are impressive in both size and character. Many in the lakes area would say they would only trust Walt with their project. Having learned from the best, Curt strives to make an impression with every project by putting his heart and soul into the details... In 2016, Curtis began to take on the general contractor role on a number of projects. In 2018, he and his wife (Nicole) started out on their own in anticipation of Walt's retirement. Together with their three children, they hope to continue a legacy of quality and care.
