If you transferred money into a Qualifying Recognized Overseas Pension Scheme ("QROPS") during the period from June 5, 2013 to March 30, 2016, inclusive of both dates ("Relevant Period"), you may be eligible for compensation from the DeVere USA Fair Fund... On June 4, 2018, The Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or the "Commission") issued an Order against deVere USA, Inc. (the "Respondent").
