Mr. Jason P. Ryan

Mr. Jason P. Ryan is the Vice President of Defense Warrior Government Solutions and for Datum Software, Inc (GS). Working from satellite office located in historic downtown Montgomery, AL, he supports all of DWGS and Datum Software's Department of Defense customers (Government Services) with IT acquisitions, engineering, logistics, information assurance, Program Management and training solutions. He is responsible for every aspect of management from Strategic Long-Term planning to daily operations of current contracts and task orders. Mr. Ryan provides leadership to all contracted personnel. Mr. Ryan was born in Rome, NY and enlisted in the Air Force in 1991 at the age of 18. During his military service, he served as a In Flight Refueling Specialist on the KC-135A/Q/R/RT stationed at Barksdale AFB, LA and McConnel AFB, KS. With multiple deployments supporting Southern Watch, Northern Watch, Enduring Freedom, and Allied Force (Kosovo Conflict). In 2001 Mr. Ryan received his commission as an Acquisitions Officer with his first duty assignment at Hanscom AFB, MA. He functioned as a Project Manager for the Joint STARS and E-10 Programs. His next duty assignment was at Eglin AFB, FL 2005 working on highly classified weapons systems. From Eglin he was hand selected as the Vertical Lift Flight Commander for the 18 th Flight Test Squadron, AFSOC, Hurlburt, Field. Most notably arming and adding additional fire power to the CV-22. Mr. Ryan spent his last duty assignment at Maxwell-Gunter AFB, AL. as the Deputy Branch Chief of Supply for I MDS, as well as completing a Long Tour in Iraq. Highly decorated throughout his active duty service earning the Air Medal, Air Achievement Medal, Joint Commendation Medal, Meritorious service medal, and additional service related medals for his multiple deployments, combat tours and career accomplishments. Upon retirement from active duty Air Force, Mr. Ryan joined Datum Software as the NETCENTS 2 Application Services Small Business IDIQ - Program Manager. Within 20 months he was promoted to Operations Manager and 2 months after became the VP of the Datum Government Solutions Division. Under his leadership Datum Government Solutions revenue increased by over 800% in 5 years. Currently responsible for over $225M in Government Contracts and 180+ FTEs located in 14 geographic locations. He also is responsible for the successful transitioning of over 100+ FTEs on new DoD contracts.

Mr. Ram Ganeshan

Mr. Ram Ganeshan is the Vice President & Managing Partner of Defense Warrior Government Solutions (DWGS). He is also the senior VP at Datum Software (Datum) and works out of its corporate headquarters office in Johns Creek, suburb of Atlanta, GA. Ram and his wife Latha Ganeshan are founding partners of Datum Software. With 30 years of experience in strategic and tactical leadership, he is an expert in managing business processes to maximize success and enhance team excellence. Ram drives overall company finances, operations, infrastructure, and leads daily corporate functions. He provides executive oversight for commercial and government divisions to ensure efficiency and cost-effective management of resources. The first 10 years following Datum's inception in 1992 focused on providing technical consulting and building financial enterprise applications for U.S and U.K. financial institutions. In the 2000s, Datum went mainstream, providing web-based solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the Hospitality and Insurance sectors. Over the next 10 years, we received our SBA 8a certification and GSA IT Schedule. Our first large government contract provided communication, network, and systems support for Dobbins and Niagara Falls AFB. In the past decade, Datum won awards such as GSA 8a STARS II and NETCENTS-2 IDIQ contracts, expanding our Government footprint from just a few contracts to several large deals across the country. Ram's strategic oversight over these initiatives has positioned Datum and DWGS for rapid growth year over year. Prior to Datum, Ram has held various key positions with global companies in information technology management and consulting. He was briefly stationed in Sydney and London assisting check processing solutions to Westpac, Lloyds, and HSBC Banks. Ram was born in India and immigrated to the US in 1985. He holds a B.S degree in Chemical Engineering from LIT, Nagpur and M.S degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India. In his free time, likes to play Racquetball and loves to explore new places with his family such as hiking trails around GA, UT, and CA.

Timothy Goodrich - CEO, President

Mr. Goodrich is the President/CEO and Managing partner of Defense Warriors Government Solutions and the President and CEO of Timitron Corporation, with offices in Portsmouth Virginia. A retired US Army Military Intelligence Officer, he is a vested entrepreneur, devoted husband and proud father. Mr. Goodrich received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Engineering. He holds an Executive MBA from Virginia Tech, Pamplin School of Business. He has over 25 years of Intelligence, Enterprise & Information Architecture, and Systems Engineering experience which extends across multiple vendors, hardware platforms, and operating systems (OS). He has worked for several Fortune 100 and 500 companies - to include Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, and Harris Corporation. Mr. Goodrich led highly successful efforts to design and build cross organizational teams which significantly increased collaboration, standardization, and information sharing across major Department of Defense organizations. As an Enterprise Architect Subject Matter Expert for Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), he developed pragmatic modeling and simulation (M&S) architectures and crafted advanced data strategies and technical architectures within Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) to modernize and streamline organizational processes for vastly improved efficiency and effectiveness. In April 2011, due to Continuous Resolution Authority (CRA) and ensuing military program funding shortfalls, Mr. Goodrich set out to grow Timitron Corporation. Leveraging years of finely honed military/government, technical and business management experience and strong industry and government support partnerships, Timitron Corporation aims to satisfy increased demand for focused strategic business solutions through continuous process improvement, foresighted innovation and information systems integration.
