Dr. Gunjan Nigam, MD completed Family Medicine residency in 2006 from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. As a Family Physician in Cary, she strives to provide a caring, relaxing atmosphere for each patient while working together towards optimal health and wellbeing. She is particularly interested in diabetes management, women's health, heart-health, pediatrics, prevention of chronic adult diseases. She is fluent in English, Hindi and speaks some Medical Spanish. Outside of work, Dr. Nigam enjoys gardening, traveling and hiking in the North Carolina mountains with her husband and 2 kids.

Dr. Pedro Nunez, MD received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1994 and graduated from medical school in 1998 from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed residency training in Family Medicine in 2001 from Bayfront Medical Center.

Lara Schoenebeck, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with a master's degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. She is passionate about preventive and individualized care and strives to build relationships with her patients so that all aspects of their health can be optimized. She loves the wide variety of patients seen in family medicine and is excited to provide primary care in Cary. She is fluent in English and German, with conversational proficiency in Spanish. In her spare time, Lara enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
