As market president, Adriana Kong Romero serves as Bank of America's local enterprise leader in Tucson helping to create a more sustainable future for the companies and community that she serves. With a goal of delivering one company, Adriana works across the region to connect Bank of America's business lines to deliver integrated financial services to individuals, families and businesses. Adriana also leads Bank of America's corporate social responsibility work in the region, which leverages the unmatched capabilities of the company to help partners, people, communities and a broad client and customer base more effectively address a wide range of issues.
In addition to her market president role, Adriana is a senior relationship manager for the Tucson market in commercial banking. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client's unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. She has also works on growing and expanding the healthcare industry focus for Arizona and the Business Banking Southwest Region. She also champions the digital focus for the combined coverage markets across the country.
Adriana joined Bank of America in 1998 where she has also served as a premier banker and held various positions in the retail bank. She began her banking career at Chase Bank (formerly Bank One) in Douglas, Arizona. Throughout her banking career, Adriana has served mid-sized companies throughout the southern Arizona area to support their commercial banking needs and works with several medical practices across the state of Arizona.
Adriana volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on military, ending hunger and homelessness and creating economic mobility. She also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a member and leader in the Arizona MSAG (Military Support and Assistance Group), HOLA (Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement), and LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Women). In addition, she also serves on the board of directors of United Way of Tucson and Sun Corridor Inc. She is also a member of DM50 and the 162nd ANG Air Guardians. She's held prior roles in the Southern Arizona Heart Association's circle of red, University of Arizona Hispanic Alumni Association board of directors, and the University of Arizona Eller College Center for Leadership Ethics Advisory Board.
Originally from Douglas, Adriana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration with a major in finance from the University of Arizona. She also has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. She resides in Tucson with her husband Frank and their two dogs, Kan-i & Simba.

With more than 25 years of legal experience, Jacqueline Peterson, J.D., leads Weaver's forensics practice related to anticorruption, ethics and compliance. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, and most recently led anticorruption, ethics and global compliance efforts at Hewlett-Packard (HP), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, (HPE) and DXC Technology. While at HP, Jacqueline assisted the company in resolving investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, earning accolades from the DOJ for HP's extensive anticorruption efforts.
In addition to her anticorruption and compliance experience, Jacqueline has served as a criminal prosecutor and a private attorney focused on white-collar criminal cases. She has tried more than 60 jury trials and more than 100 nonjury trials. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Eller School Center for Leadership Ethics at the University of Arizona, and is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Jacqueline earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her law degree from the University of Nebraska, where she was named the Outstanding Female Law Graduate.

Directed global compliance at a company, DXT Technology, formed of Computer Sciences Corporation and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, involving more than 170,000 employees and operations in more than 70 countries; analyzed risks associated with existing business models and developed risk-mitigation controls in advance of the merger
Created global compliance policies and procedures for DXT, including due diligence programs for mergers and acquisitions, DXC partners, suppliers and other third parties; enhanced processes and controls intended to prevent fraud and corruption; and utilized lower-cost resources for less-complex compliance reviews
