She is credentialed by the Ohio Social Work Board and has over 5 years of experience in Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, she empowers others by way of curated affirmations and Strength-Based therapy through her coaching skills.
