Essence of Teams was born because the founder Tracey Rashid wanted to break the mould in the traditional team building world and do something different, something unique. It came to her to combine her two passions and before she knew it, she had created a series of team building events and there was real interest in them. So, Tracey won an award in Team Building Excellence and decided that this ‘element' of the cake business deserved a name and brand of it's own, to enable it to compete with the market leaders. So in January 2022, Essence of Teams was born and She is looking forward to taking organisations on motivational, innovative, nurturing and dynamic team building journey, helping them to ‘release the spirit of their teams"...
