We believe in things like cutting fresh North Atlantic salmon in our kitchen daily, making dressings and sauces in-house, or finishing dinner with our key lime pie made from scratch by José for over 18 years. In 2002, my family opened Fish Daddy's with a goal of providing our guests with a truly memorable dining experience. Today, we continue to work hard and think about every last detail to give our guests the best space to enjoy our food and enjoy each other...
