Our mission is to change lives by providing high quality, energy efficient, affordable homes to extremely low-income individuals and families. We seek to do this in a way that does not require ongoing donations or subsidies to realize continued affordable rents... Our vision is to develop and build self-sustaining, life-changing neighborhoods where extremely low-income renters can not only find high quality, energy efficient, affordable homes but also experience a "pride of ownership" like a homeowner... We are an organization comprised of people who believe it is our responsibility to create opportunities for lives to be changed, to help those less fortunate build a better future, and to foster trust and integrity in all we do.​​​​​​​
