A trained qualified professional Teacher, who after obtaining a Specialist Teacher's Certificate in Mathematics, graduated from University of Cape Coast with a bachelor degree in Mathematics concurrently with a Diploma in Economics. Taught altogether for thirty-nine years at all levels of pretertiary educational institutions. Served as Ag. Director of Education for two and a half years and also served as a Mathematics Course Tutor for the University of Cape Coast College of Distance Education for thirteen years. Retired from public service now, serves on Boards of Governors for several educational institutions and also does marriage counselling.

An effective communicator with patients, staff, clinicians and managers at all levels internally and with other organisations to ensure maximum motivation with minimal resistance during periods of radical change. Experienced in operational and strategic management. Substantial experience of succeeding in previously untried areas of practice, able to quickly and effectively develop and integrate new ideas and working methods. A qualified mental health nurse, nurse teacher and manager working in the NHS, universities and with other organisations who maintains clinical practice in acute mental health care and management practice through festival management, as a management advisor and who regularly undertakes own clinical, educational and management education.

Sarah Agbey

Has worked as an interpreter in her local hospital for expatriates in a medical charity organisation while still in school. Went on to work as a Secretary to the Director in an oil marketing company for a few years. Then worked as a Cash Mobilisation Officer in a microfinance bank before going into self-employment as a small scale entrepreneur dealing in soaps, mesh and weave-ons, traveling across Ghana and Togo. Later trained and qualified as an MCA and registered as a professional in the pharmaceutical field. Currently, Sarah is engaged as the Administrator for BCK GLOBAL (World of Excellence), providing essential office and clerical supports.
